So I did the Dwarven Dish and the Zombie Chomp Kabobs in a small test group. Besides needing to cook the beef just a little longer and putting some char on the Brussel sprouts, its perfect. The honey roast carrots and baked potato paired perfectly with everything else! Now where did I need work? The kabobs. The kabob flavor was there but the feed back was make it not as thick and add a little spice. And the sauce was to light and delicate. It should be loud and pronounced! I have an idea to...

Zombie Chomp Kabob
So I'm still working on these menu items and the kabob is giving me the most headache. I'm trying to turn the pork green without dying your mouth, letting the meat turn rancid, or using matcha. Plus the flavor has to be desirable. Definitely going to serve it over rice. That's a no brainer. Theres quite a few parts to it that I definitely have nailed down and yet I'm still stuck. Going Home
Sangawa was fantastic. There were of course many stressors but they were easy solves. I tell you though it left me with renewed confidence that the dream is alive and well. Like I was feeling hesitant because we've been gone for so long recouping. But the rave reviews and repeat guests. The people who remembered us and of course the people who came because we sold out fast last year. With our Sangawa event done and many people asking how to see us again I know I gotta finish my experiments...
