So I did the Dwarven Dish and the Zombie Chomp Kabobs in a small test group. Besides needing to cook the beef just a little longer and putting some char on the Brussel sprouts, its perfect. The honey roast carrots and baked potato paired perfectly with everything else!


Now where did I need work? The kabobs. The kabob flavor was there but the feed back was make it not as thick and add a little spice. And the sauce was to light and delicate. It should be loud and pronounced! I have an idea to fix that. Going to do a light marinade to help alleviate the heaviness of the pork. Reduce the pork cuts down by 1/3. And Im still a little stuck on the sauce. I'll get back to you on that.
