Zombie Chomp Kabob

So I'm still working on these menu items and the kabob is giving me the most headache. I'm trying to turn the pork green without dying your mouth, letting the meat turn rancid, or using matcha. Plus the flavor has to be desirable.

Definitely going to serve it over rice. That's a no brainer. Theres quite a few parts to it that I definitely have nailed down and yet I'm still stuck.

The Dwarf dish, I'm thinking of calling it a Dwarven Snack. Be a small dish of big chunks of stuff. Like a whole baked potato a chunk of meat slow cooked in ale? Booze? Something.......? Sprinkle of mushroom umami on the potato with maybe butter? Roasted root veg. (2 kinds) And bread made from scratch? Like a bun? Or a torn loaf? I'm going to figure this out. 🤨 I'm thinking these boats for serving?
